Signature Drinks...by Gallon??! Help!

Ok so I just got the cost for signature drinks for our wedding. We are having an open bar with 4 types of beer, 2 red and 2 white wines. But we also wanted a “signature drink” just to offer something with liquor. Our coordinator got back to us with the prices for the signature drinks and she said “the signature drinks sell as Gallon” 27$ per gallon. Does that mean it’ll be pre mixed already? I’m confused. The two drinks we wanted were rum/Coke and sweet tea/Vodka. I emailed her back and asked her, so I’m waiting. But what do you guys think?!! 😬

And to add to my post ifnit is pre mixed how many drinks can you get out of a gallon?!

A rum and coke is 1.5 ounces rum to 5 oz coke so you would get about 20 drinks per gallon (US gallon is 128 oz).
The other drink depends on how you make it. Sometimes it's made with sweet tea and vodka. Sometimes it's made with sweet tea flavored vodka and water.

So if I got two gallons of each with a guest list of 30-40 that should suffice right?! Lol! Plus all the beer and wine!

If you want them to be able to have one drink each kind, or two drinks if only half the guests choose each drink.

We have the same type of set up for our wedding in Costa Rica. I'm more concerned about what pre-mixed drinks would be good and not watered down. Definitely interested in how yours works out and any tips that you have.

We are doing a signature drink but it will be premixed so its more like a punch that is self serve . When it runs out our bartenders will make another batch for our guests.
