Signature drink with open bar?

Hmm I guess will have to ask my venue about the mojitos then. I hadn't thought about them being hard to make.

I've wanted to do it and we'll have an open bar. Sometimes people don't drink unless it's social, so it might help them decide if they have a full bar available.

We have a full open bar and my venue recommended signature drinks just for those who don't want to think about what to order. Its also so if they see me or FH headed to the bar, they know what to make so we don't wait as long haha

We may do a signature drink with open bar. Our venue requires we pay for a minimum of 150 adults. If only 140 attend then we will have extra budget for something. It can't go towards an open bar but it can go towards a batch cocktail. That's probably what we'll do. Only if there is extra minimum budget though.

We did this! Definitely not weird. But agree that if you have to pay for it, it's not necessary.

I think signature drinks can also make the bar line move faster.
