Hi Everyone!!

What are you offering for signature drinks? Just looking for ideas and cute names.

Also, FH wants to do a Long Island as his “signature drink” but what do you think? I told him to strongly think about it because I don’t want people to get too wasted with that particular drink and would much rather do a jack and coke drink or an old fashioned. Be honest! I know people could order a Long Island if they’d like but I don’t want to “advertise” them since they have so much alcohol content, or should I just say whatever and let him pick that one! (For anyone who doesn’t know, a Long Island iced tea is basically a mix of vodka, light rum, tequila, triple sec, and maybe coke? It tastes really good, but is very dangerous)

For the girly drink I was thinking some type of margarita, or maybe a vodka lemonade spritzer? Or something with pink champagne? I kind of want to avoid the wines/champagnes for hangover sakes lol. Not sure on the name but blushing bride is cute, but may be over done?

Tell me your thoughts and any drink signs you have/ where you bought them from or what you are doing!

This a cute idea, my niece did a "something blue" signature drink it was blueberry vodka and lemonade. You could do a new twist on the long Island ice tea as your "something new". We are doing Mint Juleps as we were engaged at the Kentucky Derby. ...sorry that doesnt help!

We are having our signature drinks tray passed that eat the bartender is not too tied up. My FH picked Jameson & Gingerale and I picked Cotton Candy Champagne since that’s the drink I served at a party I was hosting when we met 🤗. There’s a company called SpunLight and they make hand spun organic cotton candy! See picture attached of what it looks like, you can google different images to get ideas.

People can get just as drunk on jack and coke as another cocktail, if they drink enough, just saying.

I don't think we are doing a cocktail, but I wanted to do some kind of Cranberry vodka, like a brunch play on a cape cod. To represent my East Coast roots! He had thought about doing a maple old fashioned since it will be fall.

I think we are doing a blueberry Moscow mule, sangria, and something floral (maybe with lavender and lemonade). And as a bonus we might also have dark and stormies because they are my dad's favorite.

I figured people will know it's a full open bar when they see all the bottles of booze lined up. Not sure how people could be confused and think the only offerings are the signature drinks. But maybe I'm giving them too much credit.

I was thinking of jack and coke but a lot of people brought up the concern of it becoming flat. We are doing new old fashioneds. Little twist on that and my dad is making homemade peach sangria.
