Signature Cocktail Ideas

We want to serve two signature cocktails at our reception - one with a light liquor and one with a dark liquor. We’re buying our own alcohol from Total Wine, so ideally they would be something not too complicated that could be prepared by our bartenders in large batches. Any suggestions for crowd-pleasing drinks would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

From my experience at other weddings, big hits have been mojitos, margaritas, and mules! For a May wedding, I'd lean towards something fruity and fresh!

Thanks! I agree fruity and fresh sounds lovely. I have heard that bartenders hate mojitos because of all the muddling so we probably won't go with that direction. But we are having a taco truck, so margaritas would be right on theme!

You can never go wrong with margaritas. Will they be frozen or on the rocks? Strawberry and lime will be most popular.

I like Moscow mules and something simple like vodka cranberry. Easy for the bartenders to make without having to bring in a lot of mixers and garnishes

We’re doing something similar for a June wedding next year and my top choices so far are: French 75s, Moscow mules, a gin drink infused with blackberry and old fashioneds. Leaning toward the last two
