I did a BBQ wedding. Our sides were cole slaw, baked potato salad, and Bourbon baked beans.

Yummmmmmmm.

Veggies, corn, potatoes, mac n cheese, collard greens, salad, etc.

Your caterer can probably recommend sides as well.

I'm sure they will have side suggestions for you. Baked beans, corn (I suggest not on the cob, too messy), macaroni and cheese, potato salad, etc.

If you're having kids, please consider the mac'n'cheese. Your parent friends will thank you! For me, as an adult, I think potato salad, corn on the cob... yum!
