Sick Before Big Day

Especially since I know I completely forget about them as being an option.

When I'm sick before something important, I usually go to urgent care immediately and push to get antibiotics or a z-pack. I don't get sick often (less than once a year) so it's not like I'm taking antibiotics frequently or too much. If that isn't an option (or in addition), I clean our sheets & bath towels in HOT water, bleach our shower & entire bathroom, clean our nightstands, and vacuum our room. I do whatever I can to get rid of germs in the house. If I'm super sick, my fiance does it or I'll hire a cleaning company to come. I run a humidifier frequently and take zinc (not on an empty stomach, it makes me nauseous) and take an airborne/emergenC. I wash my hands ALL the time, clean my water bottle, disinfect my phone, etc.! Then just stay SUPER hydrated. My father started using IV bars (if there is one in your area) when he is sick, he likes the results from the vitamins. Get lots of rest if you can. Good luck!
