So my fiancé’s 13 year old picked out this dress. I was against it because she is always covering herself up, and while she looks gorgeous in it... I thought she’d be too shy to wear something that revealing in back. Fiancé didn’t agree, and she loved it so we bought it. Forward a few months and now she thinks the back is too revealing and wants to wear a thick back sports bra and/or a body suit! It will really look ridiculous. So do I let her look silly or do I try to discuss wearing something different under it? Her self esteem is so fragile and I don’t want her to feel bad so my inclination is to let her wear it however she wants. She doesn’t even really need a bra😂 it’s so silly that she’s adamant about one- but I just want her to feel confident and happy at the wedding.
