Shuttle & Invitations?! Help

Our ceremony is only accessible by a 10 minute tractor ride from the parking lot. (We are having a farm wedding LOL)
We are inviting about 200 guests. One tractor ride seats 35 people, and there will be two tractors shuttling at the same time. Ceremony time is 5:45 PM.
How do I succinctly word on the invitation that guests should arrive around 5PM to catch a (necessary) shuttle to our remote ceremony site and if they’re late they’re SOL?
“Please arrive by 5 PM to catch a ride to our remote ceremony site” doesn’t sound quite right. Another option is that I’m using the back of the invitation as well and could put the info there. *not including RSVP cards or DETAILS cards. I’m directing people to our wedding website for more information.

    I would say the start time is 5pm on your invitations to avoid confusion and to get those late arrivals to actually be on time.

    I would just put the time for the shuttles as the start time/ or the time to get there then in the additional details put that there is the shuttle. Smiley smile

    I would keep it formal on the front and put all that information on the back of the invitations. We are doing shuttle from our hotel (not exactly the same, but similar) and that is how we did it. Invitations just came in and look great!

    Can you send one tractor back after the 5 PM transport to catch any late guests?
