Shuttle - How Many to Prepare For?

I based it off of how many guests stayed at the hotel. I had 30 rooms booked in my block, then estimated about 2 people to a room. So ballpark 60 people need the shuttle. It worked out well for my wedding.

Yes, it's an open bar. The venue is also out in the country, so lots of dark, poorly-labelled roads that I'd hate to navigate sober (even though it's only 10 minutes from town).

I am doing a shuttle from the hotels and I had guests indicate on their rsvp cards if they wanted to use it. I've received 103/161 (individual guests) rsvps back and I have 56 individual people who are using the shuttle. So just about half. I hope that helps!

I am having the same issue estimating how many people will use it. I am in the same exact situation. Country wedding, dirt roads, hard to find in the dark or even during the day lol, all guests are from out of town, and about 90% of guests will stay at a hotel. I am hoping the majority of mine do. I am considering that some older guests will not want to use the shuttle! or maybe if one spouse is not drinking!

We had 100 guests - all out of town and had EVERYONE use the shuttle. Everyone parked at the hotel whether they stayed or not and it worked perfectly.

Everyone from out of town and a few in town folks used our shuttle.

Id say most guests if they are mostly out of towners.
