Showing your fh dresses but not your dress

I don't think this is bad at all! As long as you keep your actual dress hidden!

I don't believe in "bad luck", but personally I wouldn't show my FH other dresses I've tried on anyways. My fear is that he may see one he really likes and start picturing it on you in his head and it could lead to him being disappointed on the wedding day if it was something totally different. Just my thoughts

I don’t believe any of it is “bad luck” really but my husband and I both wanted him to be totally surprised and never having seen me in any wedding dress before, even the ones I didn’t get

Hey Morgan, don't show him anything, keep him in suspense, all he needs to see is your DREAM dress on the special day, I won't let anyone see mine, not even my bridesmaids!

I also don't believe in "bad luck" but we still wanted to keep the dress a secret for tradition reasons. I did want to show my FH the ones that I said no to, but he said he didn't want to see the losers. Haha. I'll probably show them to him after the wedding.

I showed my wife dresses I tried on but didn’t tell her which dress I chose. She was completely surprised on our wedding day. But it was fun to show her photos of dresses and hear her opinions.

I showed FH dresses that were Definitely Not it. I got excited so I was just like Want to see what I look like in a wedding dress? He was a little hesitant to look but then he said oh looks nice. My wedding dress that I bought is actually a Lot different than the ones I showed him. They were the same fit but he wouldn't know and he wont remember. Sometimes my daughter scrolls through my photos and FH is like OH NO Give mama her phone back, I think I almost saw something I dont want to see yet! lol.

I had shown my husband a few dresses I tried on but never the dress I actually picked. I tried on a few different styles and colors so he wouldn't have been able to guess what my wedding dress looked like. If you tried on all white ballgowns or mermaid style he could probably viion what you would look like on the wedding day. In that case I'd probably not show him any photos unless your dress is different than the others you tried. I don't think it's bad luck, though.

I showed FH other dresses that I had tried on. There were a lot of very different ones, some terrible and some pretty. I don't think it's bad luck. Go for it!

I wouldn’t if I were you. Not because it’s bad luck but because he might like a dress you said no to! My FH definitely has different taste than me, and I know he would like to see me in a more form fitting dress. Those aren’t me and didn’t look good on me, I have an A like instead which flattered my figure better.

I would show him dresses in similar styles and designs or maybe some that you really like that were your top picks but keep the one a surprise cause if he see the one it won’t be a surprise when you walk down the aisle but if you want to show him don’t be in full glam hair makeup and etc done hope this was helpful

I came home from dress shopping the first time so excited that I made the mistake of showing him everything. However, when I did find THE DRESS, one of the ways I knew it was the one was when I was so excited to keep it a secret. Good luck!
