I LOVE my bustle

@futuremrs.jkr - what does your dress look like?

Here is my dress bustled. I don't have a picture of it down yet.

Mine's shorter than in the movement video because I have a ballgown slip under it, it's more like the pictures

My train is just a sweep train, but there is a fair bit of volume in the skirt, so it make the bustle a bit more dramatic than I think it would have been otherwise. I really wanted a side-anchored bustle, but when my seamstress showed me this, I loved it!

This is mine. It's a seven-point bustle...LOVE IT!!! :-D

Futuremrsjkr-- it's also really simple-- just three buttons, and three loops, all on the outside, and its really clear which one matches up with which.

Do you have a picture of it down so I could maybe compare train length

I have a three point bustle with my sweep train. I cut off the chapel length which would have made my bustles more disguised (I would have preferred that over them being more visible)

I am showing two pics

-The first one I like the way the fabric is laying in this one more. I might have to ask my MOH to get the fabric to look like that.

-The second pic is my shameless flaunt of my added sleeves I got custom made for my dress. (even though this is a bustle post lol) this is from my final fitting!

I just dropped in to say, Miss P--I love the sleeves you added to your dress!

Hey--sorry I just saw your question. I don't have one of mine, but here are two other brides in the ivory version of the dress with their trains down.

Thanks Barbara, I think you're train is still bigger than mine, so I may just need a 2 point similar to your design, (Your dress I absolutely loved and was my dream at one point, but then I realized that I wouldn't want that much of my back exposed, I think it's the sexiest part of me and I didn't want to blind all my guests with my back beauty... JK I just realized I didn't look best in that kind of dress )
