Should I still go wedding dress shopping if im losing weight?

You can always buy a sample or used gown closer to the date. I am doing that. But I am shopping now, so that I have a good idea of what I want. I am the same time as you pretty much and have been losing weight all year. I don't want to buy something and then drop 2 more sizes by the wedding. So I am foregoing the ordering process and getting a gown I can take with me at about 3 or 4 months prior. I will add a disclaimer though... I have excellent seamstresses in my inner circle, and have never had to have a formal wear adjusted, so I don't have much reason to worry in that area. If gowns usually fit your figure well, then I think you could wait to buy too. But shop now.
