I’m 4’9” and I’m wondering why dresses are made so long! And why do they not make smaller shoes! And when elbow length veils are passed your butts! Any other shirt girl probs out there?

    I don't usually get my clothes hemmed either bc of the price. Sometimes I would find a dress that's on clearance for less than $5, but my hem would be like $20 or more.
