David’s bridal just got a new designer line with the color I like but the dresses won’t be in until two weeks before the wedding. 😟 I found a dark rust color on revelry. Hey everyone! I’m on a search for a certain dark rust color bridesmaid dress for my wedding. David’s bridal just got a new designer line with the color I like but the dresses won’t be in until two weeks before the wedding. 😟 I found a dark rust color on revelry. I’m wondering if anyone has ordered from there, what was your experience like?

    Awful ! Within 15 minutes of putting the dress on before leaving for church on the wedding day, I sneezed and the back zipper popped open causing the clasp to break open and I was unable to fully close the dress. Mind you, this dress was not too tight on me, i was able to fit 2 fingers comfortably in the back with the seamstress which was the deciding factor on not needing to get anything taken in. Upon arriving at the church ( about 30 mins after the back breaking) the elastics on the right sleeve completely broke causing the sleeve to not stay up. The entire time at church it was basically as if I was wearing a strapless dress on the right side. At this point, I have done absolutely nothing to cause this to happen other than get in the bus that transported us the 10 minutes it took to get to the church there nothing I could have done had caused this to happen. After taking pictures that I had to purposely stand with my left side out to avoid it looking like my dress was completely broken on one side, the same thing happened on the left side. So now before the cocktail hour even began, the back of my dress was broken and both sleeve elastics were non-existent making me look like I was wearing a broken dress or a strapless dress. I had to have the attendant shove the now broken strap/sleeve into the dress so i didn't look like a complete mess for the entire wedding. Absolutely no response from them after emailing with pictures attached as well and the bridal attendant even said she would email them also incase they thought that I had done something to make the dress break like this as she witnessed all of it. I have another wedding where I have a BM dress from them and now the bride is considering having us get elsewhere after this.

    I also have experience of them removing my negative feedback comments and questions! This company is seriously sus!!!! Do not trust and would never recommend

    DO NOT ODER FROM THEM. I ordered a Bridemaid dress form them and at the time of ordering I was not pregnant. Since it takes FOREVER for the dress to come in, I was pregnant once it arrived and realized it wouldn’t fit. The dress was out of the box for less than 5 min to try on and overnighted back to the store that same day. I was told they “help” they’re pregnant customers out and would issue me store credit for the next size up. I hadn’t heard from them so I reached out and was informed that the dress was “damaged” and shown 3 pictures and told there would be no return credit. I couldn’t even tell you looking at the pictures what was “wrong” with it. It is such a scam!!!

    They don't seem to care about their customers or making timely orders. I planned an event for the whole wedding party to come and try their picks on and paid $50, and to ensure they came in time for the get-together, I paid $30 for 2 day shipping. Well just so you guys know, that doesn't mean you'll get your order in 2 days. Not 3, not 4 but 5 days is the estimated arrival. Its a complete misrepresentation, with an industry that should be the most committed to timely shipping. How can anyone trust they'll send the actual dress on time? Now the bridal party can't come in the middle of the week to try on and it's a complete wasted $75 dollars. I called and asked for my shipping money back. Not even asking for the wasted order of try ons, and I got an attitude. They don't seem to think it's ridiculously unreasonable that they expect people to know it's 2 days after they take 3 days to even ship them. I definitely will not be getting our dresses there and will not recommend them to anyone.

    This business is a complete scam. It takes over 6 months to ship, the fabric looks cheaper in person, they make it seem like you have to spend 60 dollars plus for expedited shipping -but then it comes months before they quote. Me and my friend ordered dresses at the exact same time and hers came 2 months later. She had to order 3 replacements. This place is a joke. DO NOT ORDER HERE

    DO NOT ORDER FROM REVELRY. They are a nightmare to work with and are not a customer-centered business. They're just another vendor taking advantage of the wedding industry. There is no flexibility or understanding from them as an organization. It is impossible to speak to management or leave honest reviews. Their customer service is frustrating. Their products are not high quality even though the prices and long wait times seem to indicate theyll be superior. The dresses are the same as what you would find at a Davids Bridal or any other bridesmaid dress store. I ended up having to purchase a dress off Poshmark after everything I went through with them. A total nightmare and not worth considering. There are too many other great companies to work with - do not use them.
