Ooo I love that! I’m a sucker for those beautiful sleeves. I think a sandal would look lovely, a strappy dressier one either flat or kitten heel. You could also wear beautiful victorian style boots with a dress like that.

It has a bit of a Celtic flair, so if you like old-fashioned, a pair of lace Victorian boots would look very nice.
