Shoes for Champagne Dress-Show Me Yours!

I would do your best to find teal because it'll pop when your shoes show and math your girls! if not then silver

My dress is champagne with ivory lace overlay as well. My shoes are nude. I'd be concerned that silver shoes would clash with the champagne. Ivory would be pretty if you could find it!

Thanks Amanda, and I love those! I'm definitely not giving up on teal shoes yet, but the color match is difficult! I may be able to get some dyed to a similar color though. The teal is more blue than what I usually see, and darker, and for some reason shoes that color aren't popular.

@Sos0033 thanks for the input! Sounds pretty! I was also thinking nude shoes would be fun since they'd match my maids (they're bringing their own nude shoes) and I agree, I was a little concerned about the silver clashing.

I had a champagne dress with an ivory lace overlay and I picked ivory shoes that had a lace pattern on them.

My dress was champagne/nude with ivory lace overlay, and my shoes were champagne. It worked well!

Jennifer, your shoes look amazing with your dress!! (I think I might have tried on the same or a similar dress!) You look perfect, and I love to see a white petticoat as well since that's what I'm planning to wear with my dress and I was worried about it clashing.

My shoes were from David's Bridal. They were the dyable ones and I got them in Champagne, as my dress was also Champagne. They were about a half inch heel. I wanted a shade of blue, but I wanted those specific shoes and they only had dark blue, so I just went with the Champagne ones.

@FutureMrsQ2017 it's difficult! I'm definitely experiencing the same struggle looking for shoes I like in the color I want. The ones you picked out are beautiful though.

Oh my gosh, we have the same dress!! It looks fantastic on you, and I love your bustle! I'd love to know how your seamstress dealt with the overlay. I've been trying to figure out how I want mine bustled for the reception but having a hard time envisioning the few bustle styles I don't hate on my dress lol. Yours looks amazing!

Jacky, those are so pretty! I think I was worried about maybe having too much champagne color, but yours look awesome with your dress.
