Share your non-tuxedo groom's attire here

Don't have a photo handy, but hubby wore a really nice black DKNY suit. It made more sense to us to purchase something nice that he could wear again instead of renting a tux.

We don't have them yet but this is what FH wants

DH wore a suit. He wasn't into wearing a tux so we added this lovely blue suit to his small (but growing) suit collection.

Classic and not too formal.

DH wore a navy blue suit, ivory shirt, and a tie with blue, ivory, and peach stripes.

We're definitely doing a suit. And maybe just a vest like Lara, depending on weather!

FH wanted this but we couldn't find affordable brown vests anywhere! We didn't want them to have to spend $100 on a vest for our wedding along with a white shirt and nice jeans if they don't already have a pair. And we have some larger GM to accomodate so instead of brown vests the guys will be wearing plum paisley vests from Men's Wearhouse.

@Lauren17 that is a great suit!

Fi is leaning towards this look.

We are planning on white button-down shirts for the guys with a blue tie that coordinates with the BMs. My FH is wearing a silver tie. All the guys will be wearing dress slacks and dress shoes, but they already have that stuff on hand. We bought the ties for them to make sure the colors coordinated correctly.

NOT a groom, but I wore a men's suit and had bridesmen. So I'll share

DH bought a black suit, I like it a lot. Now he owns a good black suit he can use again

Don't have a photo handy, but FH bought suit separates. Grey tweed jacket (with elbow pads!), grey vest, and grey pants.

@vmd it was the last place he wanted to be on one of the few days off he gets. Oh well needed to be done.

@MissNC & Sara...that picture has been our inspiration picture for 9 months! We have been actively looking for a vest similar to that for the past 4 months but have not had much luck. If I find anything, I will definitely let you know.

He bought his grey suit from Men's Wearhouse Outlet. Ties were from there, too, shirts from Macy's, and pocket square from Amazon. He wasn't comfortable in a tux or even a 3 piece suit, and preferred to buy over rent for obvious reasons. Not a great picture of the detail, but we don't have many yet.
