Fake flowers - avoid allergies, nothing wilts, much cheaper!

I think my biggest "hack" was adopting a very particular attitude: If I didn't remember it from other weddings, then it doesn't matter. (Linens, ceremony decorations, signs, etc.) Also, the day was about DH and me, both of us together, so every decision should reflect that. No other opinions needed apply.

Borrow! Aha borrow things from people so you don't have to pay for it yourself. I borrowed a bunch of easels from my friends so that I didn't have to go buy them (because what am I going to do with easels after?) Aha
