Setting the table

So round tables. Table cloths are white . Burlap runners, rounds of wood with lanterns and candles possibly inside a couple little flowers or fall leaves or moss. A milk bottle little ones I painted with chalk then aged by scrubbing the crap outta it. Inside are sunflowers ,burgandy flowers ,babies breath and other greenery. The napkins are burgandy to match the wedding. Is it weird to have those burlap and lace silverware holders or should we just place the. Silverwear on the table??

I would have to see it all together to see if it was too much. Sometimes simple is better and it sounds like you might have a lot in your centerpieces. Maybe do a mock-up.

Yeah my man is doing the table rounds and is lacking in the getting the wood department at the moment. 🙄

I think if you're doing a burlap runner, I might skip the burlap silverware holder. If you want a similar look, you could do a pocket fold for your napkins that would similarly hold your silverware, be used after the silverware is removed, and would stand out nicely against the white/burlap on the table.
