Seriously need help picking a venue!

I am trying to nail down a venue but the ones I absolutely love are extremely pricey or will not do my wedding on the day and time I want it! I need something between Charleston and Beaufort, that is not going to cost me an arm and a leg. I would love to be near a lake or body of water, on Wednesday September 15, 2021 around 1-3 in the afternoon. Please help me narrow down a few choices!!
