We postponed our April wedding to August. And I have read so many posts about what you’re thinking! I would absolutely go forward with sending them out. I do not believe This will still be affecting us in September. Even if it’s around (which I’m sure it will be) businesses cannot last that long staying shut. I truly would keep going and by July really make your choice!

We postponed our April wedding to September 25th. I would continue with your planning and try your best not to stress (easier said than done, I know). But you have been planning for this day. I say wait a couple months or so out to re-evaluate all of this before really stressing.

September bride here 🙋🏻‍♀️ I am on the same boat as you. It has been an emotional rollercoaster since the pandemic broke out but we can only hope for the best. I don’t plan on postponing my wedding since it’s still far out but there’s no way to tell how things will play out months from now. I just ordered my save the dates but it’s hard to focus on the rest of my planning because of all the news. I still don’t know where our honeymoon will be because of the travel bans ☹️ We just have to play things by ear and stick together!

I moved my April wedding to August. At least u won’t have to reschedule TWICE if it’s still an issue then.

I'm October and I'm also nervous about it. But if the worst happens and fall weddings need to postpone, at least we'll see it coming. Spring brides were totally blindsided, we have 6 months to watch how things develop.

Date twin! I have not heard anything from our vendors about postponing so we are still moving forward. I would call your dress shop though to make sure they are still open if you haven’t picked up your dress yet. I’m in va and mine says they are open but I don’t know if that will change so I’m going to pick up my dress tomorrow

We're having our reception in September, and haven't considered postponing because it's too far out. We're still making payments to our vendors and we started ordering decorations from Amazon last weekend.

I'm so sorry you're dealing with this Ivis! I know it's stressful! Right now I feel like it's really difficult to make any kind of plans for a few months from now, given how quickly local situations and guidelines seem to be changing. Most couples with September weddings seem to be waiting to see what develops over the next few months. It doesn't hurt to get a backup plan in place, but there's no need to make any rash decisions just yet.
