Sept 1st wedding. When to mail invitations?

We didn't want to waste money on Save-the-Dates, so we sent ours out this past week. We already have people RSVPing which is wonderful! I think you should do it between now and the beginning of June.

We plan on calling people closer to the date to get a hard RSVP, because some times people say they are coming when they aren't and we can give as much of an accurate number for catering, etc.

My wedding is 9/7/18! I am mailing mine out mid June with an RSVP of August 1

Wedding is Sept 2. We sent Save the Dates and my invites are already out. I had originally planned June 1, but due to it being a holiday weekend we figured more notice is better for our long distance traveling guests, which is the large majority for us.

Mine is the same day . I sent my save the dates in February. Im sending my invites next months with an rsvp date of July 20th. Idk about how you’re vendors work but mine require the final head count by August 1st. So I figured
July 20th was good so then I had 11 days to call people who didn’t send one back.

i was planning on July 1. My shower is July 8 and I wanted to get invitations out before I started working on shower thank yous. But the 1st is a Sunday, and my invitations are almost ready, so I will send them the last week in June.

I sent mine a month ago, we do have lots of guest from out of town, we wanted to give them a chance to book hotel rooms etc... they have until July 1st to RSVP. Because they can choose their meal, it will give me enough time to make a seating chart.

My wedding will be 09/02/18 and I'm mailing out invites on June 1, 2018 to allow 30 days for RSVP response cards to be returned and another 30 days for me to get them in order.

My wedding date is September 1st as well, and we just sent our invites out to out of town guests, because it is a holiday weekend and people need to book travel and schedule off work. We will send the others by the end of this month.

We did not do save the dates. We sent a cute invitation image with a link to the wedding website to rsvp. We it sent via email and text msg and only sent a few paper invitations to the seniors and non tech folks.

We did our first round March 15 with a response deadline for April 30, we sent reminders seven days before deadline.

Our second round of 'waitlisted' invitees will receive their invitations May 15 with a deadline of June 30.

June 15th is when I will be sending them out and we are getting married September 29th. However, the room blocks we did must be booked at least 30 days prior to the wedding. I want for guest to have plenty of time to book their accommodations.

My Save the Dates went out the end of March so most of my guest are already aware the wedding is coming up. I have even had a few confirm, but waiting on actual invitations to go out.

I already sent out save the dates so everyone knows the date. Have already been giving them out to family if we are seeing them at events. And will be sending out of town invites soon!

I get married Sept. 28, and I’m thinking of mailing mine out mid June. I just want to get a accurate head count for food so that we’re not spending anymore then we need to. I don’t want to end up with TONS of of left over food.
