I have a month until I need to send out invitations and I just have no desire to even start addressing them

I get that. Hunting down people for addresses and doing invitations was probably the most tedious part of the wedding process. Thankfully when that's done you'll get to focus on more fun stuff!

I didn't either. I have a coworker that has beautiful handwriting, so I paid her to do it!

Just do it! You will be glad that’s one thing off of your plate.

If you dont want to write them out you can always hire a calligrapher if it's in the budget or if you have a home printer, find a pretty front, set up your mail merge and print on the envelopes!

    Hi there Avelina.

I’m sorry to read you’re fed up with the invitation part of the planning.

Is there something in particular that is making this a tedious process for you? Do you have to gather all the addresses?

I just noticed your wedding date is September 2020. Typically couples send their invites out six to eight weeks in advance for a home town wedding, and two to three months in advance for a destination wedding.

Perhaps you can reduce some of the stress you’re feeling and take some more time to address them and not put yourself under time pressure. You could mix it up with some more fun planning tasks to break it up and make it less daunting Smiley smile

We used Avery Labels and it was the best thing every. I know people love personal handwritten things but most will throw the envelope away. I also used the Avery escort template for our escort cards and it was so simple to use.
