Selling my wedding dress as i changed my mind! Any tips on where please and do i have to dry clean it first?

I bought a wedding dress then had second thoughts so am selling it. The dress is a sample sale and has had alterations done so has been steamed by the seamstress. Do I have to get it dry cleaned before selling?

Any advice on where to sell it and around dry cleaning would be great please! I'm based in the UK

It may be good to post the questions on https://weddingwire.co.uk/ to get more localized results. The dry-cleaning seems to be at least $100 and that may influence your decision. You might find a place to donate the dress too. It depends what price the dress is and how much you think it could be sold at.
