Considering getting a self uniting license in PA for our wedding as we are hoping to wed in The Magnolia Garden and are non-religious. Does anyone know if NON- PA residents can self unite in the state of PA?

This sounds like a lovely way to celebrate! I would definitely advise that you reach out to the relevant local government office to see if this is possible in the state. I’d always recommend getting official confirmation on something like this that has legal implications! I hope they can help you, and if not, I’m sure they will direct you to who to speak to!

I'm also out-of-state, looking to do the same. What county were you able to get the self-uniting license? and did you have to get married (sign it) in that county?

I came across this thread because given the current conditions my fiance and I are looking to do this in DC. I am actually really excited about this idea. I think it will be a lovely way to celebrate our union before we eventually have a large scale wedding next year.
