Seating for the planner

We didn't include her in ours. She was with the same company as the DJ so she sat behind the booth with him.

I would ask your venue first if that's something they will handle or if you would have to add a vendor table. Some venues would have a separate room for vendors so the B&G won't have to worry about it.

We are planning places for our DJ, photographer, videographer, and band. The DJ can put on a playlist during dinner for 15-20 minutes to eat. Some will eat at their set-up. I would ask their preference. The bartender will need a break during their shift. The bar is usually closed when dinner is served and opens up again after dinner.

I'd ask your planner and/or venue. I literally just asked my coordinator this, and she said that outside of a DJ/bartender, most other vendors will slip away to something like a breakroom or other part of the venue to eat. Our venue has a space like this with a few tables and chairs, so we're not renting any extras for them.

We didn't. No vendors were included in our seating chart. They all were fed dinner in the back with the caterer.

I did because we had an extra table we had to pay for in order to meet the requirements of minimums

Thanks for the input. I ended up asking my planner what she preferred. She told me not to worry about it. They sneak away to eat when they can.
