Seating Chart/poster printing

I bought a large poster board. The tables are neon note cards & the names/seats are page markers. That's how I organized it. Our reception will have individual note cards for each table posted with clothespins! Then individual cards at each table setting.

As Melle mentioned, I would leave printing it until a few days before your wedding in case you have any last minute changes. I would pop into the printing store beforehand so that you know exactly what you need and how long it will take so that you can plan accordingly.

My seating chart is little flags that go in a shot glass with name and table number for each individual guest. These will be at a table with a sign saying, "Take a seat & Take a shot, Tyler & Jess tied the knot" I already have the guests names typed up but I will not be adding table numbers or printing until 2-3 days before the actual wedding.

So far we've used the WW seating chart tool to seat guests as if everyone invited were to come. After we've received RSVPs we'll start to rearrange that seating chart. I plan on printing the seating chart cards roughly 1-2 days before the wedding to give us time for any last minute changes.
