I have a seating chart, for un married couples do I put example: Jack Smith and Sally Doe or put them separate like:
Jack Smith
Sally Doe
i can’t do Mr and Mrs for married couples because same names will be all over the place. So it would be
john and jane doe

List each person separately- most guests are used to looking for their first names on a seating chart.

Agreed - putting them separately is the easiest to see. I think alphabetizing by first or last name is fine, as long as you're consistent.
