So I've been looking for a mirror to do this DIY Seating Chart or even find an affordable person who does calligraphy to assist with this project; looking to do something as pictured. Has anyone done this before??

Instagram is a good source for calligraphers! Search through hashtags and the feeds of local wedding creative types where you live!

thats how I found a calligrapher for a ton of random projects.

I got her phone number and direct e-mail from a friend of mine, and I'm not comfortable posting it here without her permission so my suggestion would be to message her via Instagram or Etsy and ask for it. She did a wonderful job at my wedding.
I provided some pictures below. The only sign she did not do below was the wooden one (I have found the one whom my soul loves) - I bought that separately.
