View Quoted Comment I didn’t do any of it haha. My wedding planner came up with the idea and rented the faux hedge walls from our event rental place. She hired a calligrapher to do the names on the cards! All I did was give her a list of who ordered what meal and ordered the little stickers off Etsy and gave them to her and she took care of it all. I am not a DIY girl unfortunately.

I ended up just printing one large poster out of all the names by alphabetical order! but initially i wanted to have small heart shaped frames and have that be their escort cards and favor and have some cheesy sign that said "please frame this moment in your hearts as we have ours"

We did escort cards that looked like hockey/baseball tickets. Each person got one rather than each couple since if you were to go to a game each of you would get a ticket. We displayed them on a long rectangular table in alphabetical order by last name. We took six different photos for a variety of photos and each ticket had one photo.

View Quoted Comment Thanks! It was my husband's idea. It was something he really wanted and since it was difficult to get him to help with planning I wanted to include as much of the things he wanted as possible.

We had a baseball-themed reception, so DH created "lineups" for each table, and we put them on a cork board, to imitate a baseball game.

It wasn't fancy, but it was clear, on-theme, and ... very us.

We did an antique window seating chart.

We're doing something like this for our fall themed wedding! The guests names will be on the leaves and the trees will be sorted by last names (i.e. A-H, I-P, Q-Z). Hopefully it turns out as cute as I hope it will🙏🤞
