Seamstress cut my dress too short - wedding 7 days away

Just went in for my final fitting and the seamstress cut it 2 inches too short. I had 1.5in wedding shoes on for my pinning. They cut it too short...even barefoot it's too short. My wedding is in 7 days and I'm devastated. That was just one of the issues. Sleeves are uneven, etc. She is going to "fix it". She basically told me she is going to re-attach to the bottom what she cut off. It's lace. Then said I can get it on Monday. My wedding is that Friday. I've requested she get it to me tomorrow. We discovered this yesterday. She said she'll let me know later today if she can have it by tomorrow. Im so annoyed and clearly upset. I didn't wait this long for final fitting. She's had the dress for weeks. The week before wedding final fitting was her request. She was a referral and experienced and not cheap. Just wasn't supervising her workers. Would you ask for your money back if it doesn't get fixed properly? I keep thinking about how our pictures are going to turn out.
