Save the dates !?

My wedding is in 340 days. I am sending out my Save the dates tomorrow, is it too early? Our guests are from out of town (over 2.5 or plus more hours away)

I would say you are just a touch early, typically 6-8 months is the norm. Hold on to them until February-ish.

We have an August wedding as well and just purchased them yesterday, they need to be addressed and all the good stuff that goes with sending them out.

We sent ours out 11 months before. Many are traveling from 7+ hours away, and many work in the medical field. We also picked a holiday weekend for the wedding. People have appreciated the early notice!

Depends... are you planning on sending out Invitations when the wedding gets closer? If so, anytime would be good to send out the Save the Dates. If not, it is whatever you think would work best for your guests.

We plan on sending our Save The Dates when we have the free time and our wedding is just under a year away. We will send Invitations when there is 150 or so days till the big day so we have plenty of time to figure out who is coming or not.
