Hi everyone! I was wondering if save the dates have to have pictures on them? Fiancé and I have yet to take engagement photos (not sure when we will) and I would like to go ahead and get them out. Did you do save ave the dates without pictures? How did guest like them?

Ours were a picture that we turned into a postcard.

We had a family member take an i-phone photo in “portrait” mode since our Save the Dates would be sent before we could take official engagement pics. All you need is one good pic, and the majority of our guests thought our Save the Date was a true engagement photo! I’ve also received others from friends without photos and they are also very nice! Your choice!
