Save the Dates - Picture vs. No Picture

I didn't do STD's but I probably wouldn't do a picture. It's usually more expensive and it's just gonna go in the trash for most people.

We chose a picture on one side with just the date and on the reverse was all the info. We had a bunch of photos from the engagement because my fiance hired a photographer to capture the moment and do a photo session after. We wanted to do something with the photos.

Hi Marissa, welcome to WW! Make sure to upload a picture for your avatar (instead of the default icons) so that we can get to know you and tell you apart from all the other posters. You can do this on a desktop computer or a mobile browser (just not on the app) under My Settings and Profile and Privacy Settings.

My fiance and I didn't want to do a picture, so we went without! (stock image attached)

We chose to do a picture, but it doesn't really matter. Totally up to you. We got ours on WPD, and this is a preview. We put website information the back.

We opted for no picture.

All of them are nice, but I like the one with the photo because your guest can use it as a keepsake in their photo albums.

We did a picture since I haven't met a lot of FH's extended family yet who will be traveling across the country for our wedding. I guess my thinking was they should know what I look like before they meet me at wedding festivities. But it's really up to you. Maybe you can find a design that incorporates a picture and your theme.

We did a picture also. I wanted people to see an actual picture to remember instead of a magnet full of info.

You can go either way or even choose not to do them! We are doing a picture, mainly because we decided to do magnets (really small guest list, so it's not overly expensive in my case).

We did a picture. It was the same price for postcards on VistaPrint. I also wanted to use our engagements for something lol

No picture for us either. We have several on on fridge...some have pics some don't. Either way they serve their purpose!

If you are getting e-pics done, I would choose picture - why spend that time (and money if you buy it) and not be able to show off the finished product?

I went no picture because our engagement is only 7 months long - so there wasn't enough time to schedule an engagement photo session, wait for the pictures to come back, then order save the dates.

We did no picture. FH told me I get one day of good pictures out of him so I should choose wisely lol. Obviously choosing the wedding day so no epics for us.
