Hi there, firstly I wanted to thank everyone for the nice comments on my post about my miscarriage and also all the private messages I received, they all mean a lot. We are slowly healing and I think keeping myself busy with wedding planning is going to help keep my occupied.
Both my parents have at least 6 siblings, then add their kids and their kids, aunts uncles, ya know the whole deal, so even just inviting close family members puts us at over 150 people. I am not the type of girl who dreamed of a huge fairytale wedding, and fiancé and I also do not like to dance, so the typical wedding and reception just dont fit for us.
We have to decided to have a little elopement (maybe 10 guests) and then have a reception on the fourth of July. This being a casual grill out/get together, with upwards of 250 people. My question is how do i word save the dates for just a reception? I want to send them out so people don't make other holiday plans, but wording seems tricky. Thanks
