Hello all, When is the best time to send out a 'Save the Date' ? Getting hitched 10/10/21 💕🍾 And what should be included besides: "Formal invitations to follow" ?? I've read different etiquette rules on this subject and have found mixed suggestions. Thanks in advance for input!

Omg! Hiii twin!!! and congratulations. I didn't think of that, how eveyone will be having a jammed packed calendar because of covid.
Thank you for including a refrence. I love it. Who did you use for the 'save the date' and inalso loked tbat you included the Covid claus!! Smart!!

I got married 10/10 last year and sent our save the dates out in early February. Invitations went out late July/early August. Definitely recommend adding your website link (if you have one) to the Save the Date. It's an easy way to communicate updates to your guests, COVID or not.

Our wedding is October 16th and we are sending ours out by the end of this month after we get all the addresses. The rule of thumb is 6-8 months before the wedding.
