Sand Ceremony Music?

For our unity ceremony, we are playing a saxophone instrumental version of Can You Feel The Love Tonight.

We're playing "Miracle" by Foo Fighters. I'm hoping the officiant will say something before and after pouring the sand like this page describes.

Here is what ours will say:

This ceremony is what sealed the deal with fh to use this officiant.

My Grandpa has a song he wrote for us that he will be singing. I am so honored that he is doing this for us.

I don't think you need music actually. The officiant talks, you pour, then it's onto the next.

@Celia Milton, yeah I kind of figured it would be just a couple minutes, with more talking than anything. Unless we poured the sand super slow or something...

Have another question. The vase we are using for the sand ceremony has a votive holder that drops into it. I was thinking of incorporating the candle ceremony into it as well. Like just having the moms light it as a symbol of something super matronly and family oriented.

Does anyone have suggestions or words that can be said for this?
