Hey all! Looking for a cute place for an engagement shoot. We love the outdoors and will be having the shoot in the fall.

our photographer suggested the arboretum in Davis. Any other ideas for locations?

I’m not familiar with the area, however, on Pinterest, I found the below picture taking at Capitol Park! Could this be an option?

Depends on what style photos you want. If you want outdoorsy, check around Folsom and also up in the Auburn area. If you want metro, definetely go mid-town Sacramento with all the murals they have up and Old-town is always fun.

Anywhere in the Folsom lake area would work also Auburn State Rec area, Ponderosa Way Bridge, Hidden Falls Regional Park
