I have a Qalo for the gym. FH wants one for work.

Most of my friends do something like woodwork, welding, forging, etc., so they all wear these. DH is getting a tattoo, but eh - his body, his rules.

My H and I wear qalo's at the gym, he also wears his when working on the car, or installing GPS stations. They're awesome!

Mine is a Mechanic too. He's a Supervisor now but, he still can't use a ring for safety issues. Thanks for sharing this idea. Maybe now he'll wear one. Lol

Yep! We have them! Use them all the time. They actually sent us each two when we ordered them, which was good because one of DH's split pretty quickly, but the other one has held up.

My FH is also a mechanic. We were still going to go with a regular ring (probably white gold) and then he just wouldn't wear it to work. I'll have to let him know about these though! What a cool idea! I'm guessing a rubber ring probably isn't super expensive, so maybe he could have both.

My dad seriously injured himself at work (he was a machinist) when his wedding ring got caught on something. After that he wore his wedding band on a necklace, tucked into his shirt, while working. I think QALO and Safety Rings are a great option to avoid these kinds of accidents. I'm thinking of getting one for the gym.

We bought off-brand ones on Amazon and we love them! They are half the price than Qalo and you get more color options. We took ours on our honeymoon and they were great while we were snorkeling and hiking. I would be way too nervous to wear my jewelry doing those things. We both have "normal" (for lack of a better word) wedding bands, but have these for when we are active. Definitely get them. It's worth the $13-20!! Just search Amazon for "silicone wedding ring" and lots of them will show up. Both of ours are great quality. We would pull on them constantly while wearing them because we both fidget a lot. And they are still like brand new.

Bought DH one to wear on a day to day basis since he deals with carrying heavy equipment and chemicals, he loves it! He said it is comfortable and durable. The brand I bought him is Oomph. They were on special on Amazon, I'm a sucker for a good deal :-)

You should try ROQ. They really affordable and much cheaper than the big brands (great quality).

Search for 'ROQ silicone wedding ring' on Amazon.com .
