I have read this post over and over again by numerous brides. Invited people, inviting un-invited guests! There is a reason the invite has only TWO names on it. Not two names plus your kids and their girlfriends and their girlfriends children, and their children friends, cousins, neighbors, and the...

We can only have 100 people MAX. We have 98 on the list and so far the RSVP's have come back with 2 plus 2, 2 plus 4, 2plus 1 with the answer "They wont eat much" or "They will sit on my lap" etc, etc, etc.

If you haven't sent your invites yet, and you believe this will not happen to you.....be ready! IT WILL HAPPEN.

It will happen and if it doesn't you are lucky. My FSIL RSVP'd and added her daughters boyfriend whom we've never met and don't even know his name. I told FH handle it and he did with no problems. Both his parents who are divorced keep inviting people though, we told them that if they kept it up they could pay for that person at $97/pp it put a stop to that real quick.
