Hello!

I wanted to get some advice on the best approach to have your guests RSVP to your wedding.

Thanks

Catherine

RSVP info should be sent with the invitation no matter how you want people to reply. You can do a traditional mail in RSVP card or provide the link. If you have a younger tech savvy crowd, I think online RSVPing is super convenient. You could also provide both options.

We went with online-only RSVPs, and just included an insert card with our invitations that said something like "Please visit our wedding website to RSVP by DATE". We have less than 5 "older" guests that might struggle with that, but it'll be so much easier from our perspective.

I did everything online and it is sooooooo easy!! I created a wedding invite, imported my guests and hit send. Almost instantly people were submitting their RSVPs. We sent it out last Thursday and we already have 128 confirmed guests!!

We used the website Evites. It’s also an app on your phone to track your RSVPS super easy to use!

Did you decide how you will have your guests RSVP, Catherine?

Are all your guests quite tech-savvy? Would an online RSVP on your wedding website (if you have one) work? even if you have a couple of guests who aren't as comfortable with technology, you could send traditional RSVP cards to them!

I'm very traditional so I sent the RSVP card with the pre stamped and pre addressed envelope. However, I'm seeing a lot of brides have their guests use a website to RSVP to save $ on stamps as well as save the guests time. Both optinons have pros and cons in my mind!

Whichever one you choose will be great!
