On the RSVP cards I have "will attend" and "not attend" slots. Then there is the meal option. People know to write the number of people attending right?

What if you just send each their own RSVP card. If you're inviting 3 people, send 3. If you are inviting a single friend that you don't want to bring a plus one, just one. I think it may be confusing and you don't want it to be a free for all to bring whoever they want to add.

I did this too! I didn't want people assuming their entire family was invited. If I had unlimited funds and space, of course they would be...but sadly I don't, so they can't. I"ll have to see how things go when we start getting RSVPs back.

What type of pen did you use? I saw on Pinterest an idea to use a uv light pen that you can buy on amazon, but if you just used a regular pen...that would save some money!

I like your layout! Wish I had seen this before ordering mine - oh well! I assumed I’d know by whose names were written on the line...

I never even thought of this. I am hoping by the way they are addressed people will know. And I should know by the Mr. & Mrs. or Family I get back

I added the ___ of ___ seats and filled in the second line. Some people left the first line blank, some filled it in. I got my first RSVP back where only half was going, so it was filled in '1 of 2 seats' - which does help for clarity. (I could probably have just skipped adding the ___ of ___ seats.)

I did not use a number on the back of the RSVP, but I did place a return mailing label with the guests address on the return envelope, as well as a mailing label with our address, and a stamp.
