Hello, we are having a formal wedding and I am unsure how to word our RSVP card

We will be having a plated meal

I'm thinking of doing chicken choice, beef choice, vegetarian choice, and kids meal

I also want to include our wedding site in case people would prefer to RSVP there

Any help is appreciated

Below are some examples of RSVP cards I found on Pinterest. You can check out the wording on them, along with design ideas!

The wedding website URL can simply be added at the bottom with some text such as “Alternatively, you can RSVP on xxxx”.
Will you be designing the RSVP card yourself?

This is our RSVP Card. We are doing a buffet so no entree selection is needed. However, underneath the name and accepting/declining you could place the 3 choices. As PP have said you could have your wedding website as well with just a note saying they could also RSVP on the site just make sure there is a place for them to choose their entree on the site as well!
