RSVP Card Etiquette

I am currently thinking of ways to write out or RSVP cards (and save money!). With that being said, is it "okay" to not include an envelope with the RSVP card and encourage guests to use our link for our website to RSVP. If so, how would you word this on the card? Thank you in advance!

Did you just place the link in the bottom or did you say something and then put the link?

If you don't want to include envelopes then skip the reply card. On your details card (not the actual invite) say "please reply to rsvpify.com or text to (phone number)"

    I agree with this.

We're not including RSVP cards at all because 1. we want to save money and 2. less paper waste. On the back of our invites, we have a photo of us and below it there's a little snippet about visiting our wedding website to view accommodations, location, and the RSVP.

We're having guests RSVP through our website (The Knot)! I've seen this done often, so I think it's definitely acceptable!

If you send a RSVP card, you will need to include a pre-stamped envelope. If you want people to RSVP online, just instruct them to do so on your invitation and don't send RSVP cards at all.

For literally every single wedding I've attended with online RSVPs, the couple included an RSVP insert card without an envelope. IMO this is the norm when doing online RSVPs. Usually matches your invitations, but doesn't have to. Only including a link to your wedding website is risky because they might miss it. An RSVP insert card instructing your guests to RSVP via your wedding website really is the best option.

We created a QR code but also created an email specifically for wedding responses. Smiley smile even our traditional family members loved the invites!

I thought the same thing but several guests that I thought 100% would RSVP online via our website sent the RSVP card back.
We included the card with envelope in all invites but only added a stamp to those we really knew wouldn’t use the website.
Our RSVP card had the info to rsvp using the card and the information to rsvp on the website. So gave both options. I was surprised at the cards we got back versus the website RSVPs.

We're not including a card or envelop. This is our enclosure card!
