Unfortunately, this is happening to a lot of people. What does your contract say?

My contract says I will receive a full refund.

Yes, me too. I booked a new videographer in August, fully expecting Royal Bison to issue a refund by October 31st, as they promised. My wedding was in October, so I knew I couldn't wait for the refund before I booked a new vendor, but now I've spent nearly FOUR TIMES as much money as I expected to pay for a videographer, between the new videographer's fees, and the full payment that I gave Royal Bison that they still haven't refunded.

This is also happening to me. I’ve been emailing them for about 2 months about getting my deposit Back. I’m upset because they gave me a deadline which is oct 31 and it’s past that date. I’m also upset because we were emailing each other in august but all of a sudden they stopped emailing me. I’ve sent them numerous emails about giving me my deposit back and no reply. This is very unprofessional. If it was a couple hundred dollars, it’d be fine but it’s almost $1000 they owe me. I want to give them the benefit of doubt but I can’t help but think that they just took my money and now they’re running.

Yes, I haven’t received mine either and haven’t heard anything back!

I just requested the money from their business on PayPal and his personal account on Venmo. We’ll see how it goes.

Late to the party, but I also and waiting on a refund from them. If anyone gets it can they let everyone know! I understand it’s a hard time, but everyone needs their money for services that were not provided...

Same here! I looked up everything on them can’t find much. Took down all sites and everything! Was a scam!
