Roses Stem Lengths for purchasing

Willbe, on November 12, 2019 at 9:38 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 2
I'm pricing out my flowers and it looks kind of like this:

Does anyone know from experience if longer stems are *just* longer stems, or if the buds really are bigger? Since these are going into bouquets and centerpieces they don't need to be super long, but there is meant to be some correlation to flower size, and I don't know if the ~25% price premium translates into ~25% larger roses, or if I should just get 25% more of the smaller roses!

The longer the stem, the larger the bud is. Smiley smile long stem roses , and or garden roses are worth the price for the bigger rose heads.

Welcome to the WeddingWire community, Willbe!

Longer stems does typically mean larger buds and blooms! I would definitely confirm this with the company you’re ordering the flowers from though!

What type of flowers are you going to put in the bouquets and centerpieces?
