Robes for Day of

What are you planning to embroider? Names? Bride/MOH? I wouldn’t spend the money on extra robes, but I’m also on a really tight budget and I would just make it work if need be. I really would only bother with getting robes and having them embroidered if it’s something you both will definitely use again though. I will never wear anything that says bride (or MOH) again after the wedding.

I'd skip embroidering all together, it turns it into a prop that neither of you will wear again. I think just 2 nice robes, 1 white and 1 in your bridesmaid color would be very nice.

I think order it with enough time so you save on the money in case they do workout in the end. Something my photographer recommended was adding robes for moms and grandma or whoever you’re getting ready with. When you do getting ready photos looks nice when everyone looks the same or even if you take some pics with your mom before getting dress having her in a nice robe would make your photos look nice. I’m glad I listen to her!

View Quoted Comment Agree! The don't have to be white either! I had only one best lady and together we had knee length robes– hers was soft and solid gray. Mine was white with green palm leaves. We both wear or robes regularly.
