Rings!

I dont have a picture but FH did an absolute amazing job picking out my ring all by himself. I love it!

This is my engagement ring. I picked it out. We are having a custom made wedding ring. I love my engagement ring but learned I can't live with a stone sticking out...so I am having my twig custom ring made with the stone between branches that doesn't stick out.

I never had any clue about what I would have wanted and still know very little about rings. Mine was a total surprise and I actually love it, especially because FH designed it himself. If you can't find anything you like consider designing it yourself or find a store to work with on designing a ring.

I told my FH that I loved vintage looking and round cut and white gold. He picked it out (we never ever looked together) and it definitely made it more special! I love it and it is so unique! I know I would have gotten overwhelmed if I had tried to pick it haha there are way too many out there! It was so much better being surprised

I was totally and completely surprised....I had no idea FH was even going to proposed! He kept insisting he wanted to wait at least another year before we got engaged, so I wasn't expecting anything. He knows I like white gold, but that's about all he knew. He proposed this past Christmas morning and he couldn't have done a more perfect job picking my ring! I love it! He keeps telling me that we can upgrade if I want to, but I am such a sentimental person that the fact that he spent so long searching for the perfect ring and picked this one out himself, means more to me than anything.

FH knew exactly what I wanted because I had wanted it for years. A princess cut with side sapphires. I was surprised he was able to find it thought because it is so unique. So, it was a surprise that I had some input into.

My fiancé chose my ring on his own. If I had picked out my own ring, I would have gone for something similar, but circle cut diamonds rather than square. I love my ring, though.

He picked it, but we went shopping 7 months before, so he knew my taste. I think he did great!

This was mine. It has everything I've ever mentioned I loved in a ring. I was expecting to get just ONE thing that I liked, but my FH was able to find a ring with every quality I've loved. He totally surprised me with it because he wanted to prove he knew what I liked if and when he proposed, and he definitely proved he was always listening when he did. I'm not showing the top of my finger in this because I just happened to burn my finger with my straightener that morning

I was 100% surprised with mine. FH and I had communicated about things I liked and didn't like but I didn't have any input on the ring itself and the day he asked, I had no idea it was coming!

We had never talked about it and I had never hinted. He texted my sister for my ring size, but she didn't tell me. Both the ring and the proposal were a complete surprise. He knows me well and picked out something that was perfect for me and our relationship--couldn't have chosen something I would love more!

FH asked me if i had preferences and we quickly learned we didn't have the same tastes. but while at the mall one day he took me to a store and we looked around and i found that what i liked in photos, i didn't like in person. what he liked i felt was chunky or plain. so i showed him some i kinda liked, he showed me some, we didnt agree on any. then nothing. a few months later he proposed with a ring that has everything we both liked. he liked channel set, i liked the details in the side of the band. we both liked round stones. i said 1 - 1.25 carats was the max and didn't need anything huge, he didnt want me to ever want to upgrade so he got me 1.75. haha ta-da.

We went shopping together so I could point out things I liked and didn't like. FH had mine specially made because he couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I like it but I will knock down the height of the diamond setting a bit so my hands can fit in pockets again.

I originally wanted a big round diamond on a plain band. I tried on a few and that seemed so "over done" So I went with something very unique, but still classic. Here's my beautiful pear shaped diamond with baguettes on either side with platinum setting.

This is mine. He picked it out himself. FH calls it my "starter ring", but I don't plan on giving it up.

I made a secret Pinterest board of rings I liked, and when FH asked me what kinds of rings I liked, I just gave him access to the board. He picked out the ring by himself, though, and I know he went through hell (and like 6 jewelers) to end up designing it himself. I love it especially because he picked it out.

We both wanted something simple

I knew exactly what I wanted. We went and looked twice and thought we would go one final time but turns out he already had the ring at that point. I originally wanted a 6 prong tiffany setting solitaire but ended up with a 4 prong with almost a floating setting. I'm not sure what it's technically called but it is so unique, for a solitaire, and he had it designed. I LOVE mine!! He did SO good.
