Hi! I ran out of jewelry cleaner for my engagement ring and I cannot find it anywhere online! Our jeweler had given it to us with the ring... any recommendations on which ring cleaner to purchase?! Thanks!!!

    My jeweler recommended water with a little bit of windex and scrub with a baby toothbrush
