Returns on hebeos

Just a heads up that website is Chinese knock off dresses. So what you see is an actual designer dress and someone rips off the design and tries to remake it.

I believe David’s is exchange in store only.

I don’t think DB will give you a refund. I think they’ll just give you store credit. Why not call them and see.

Also my ladies ordered their dresses from Hebeos & I have no complaints. Their dresses look beautiful.

I checked out the Hebeos return policy and you're totally right, they didn't say whether or not you get a full refund! From reading reviews on multiple, it looks like they offered a majority of the people who had problems with their dress around $10-$20. It looks like the reviews were very mixed! They just told me that I will only be returned my shipping charges nothing for my dress and it has not even been shipped yet. I do not recommend hebeos to anyone. You only receive one reply in the morning hours when most Americans are sleeping. No contact number. That should be the first red flag not to do business with them
